A couple of weeks ago we all got to dress up and run around on a green screen for the Really Loud Hamburgers video shoot. I can't wait to see what the footage looks like! I love that their music video was shot on a $70k camera. RLH are such a fun band, and it was awesome spending the afternoon skipping, jumping, flailing around with friends.

I'm definitely a bit behind on writing about this, but boy was it FUN! Over the summer Crash Boom Bang Theatre did a series of skit shows (remember this? and this? and this? and this?), and we had a big finale on August 26th. This show was pretty intense. We've been gearing up for round two (a whole new show!) of Short Shorts. Sara and I did some filming together last Thursday for one of the sketches. We also shot the pic for the flyer...lol lol. That mullet wig was somethin' else though.

On Thursday night CBB and DWP opened the first Short Shorts show of the season. We have two more (I think) throughout the summer...all different shows! This first one got a lot of great reviews and the audience laughed a lot...which is always good haha. We actually performed the show downstairs, so we didn't have our tradition lights/sound set-up. Crash Boom Bang and Dead Workers Party joined forces last night to film one of the skits for the upcoming Short Shorts show on April 29th. It's called Extreme Caviar...and I'll let this pics and videos speak for themselves. Needlesstosay, and despite the sticky mess, it was totally fun!!

A year ago (next month) I finished up a project with The Dead Workers for The HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology. It's an informative video about biotechnology and what part the company plays in research and development. It was a lot of fun to do, and probably definitely the most professional thing on my resume ( Read more... )

It's bittersweet to say that we are finished filming for the Counterclock Wise "Screaming Jenny" music video with the Dead Workers Party. We spent the day running (and falling) around the inside of the Depot downtown to avoid the rain outside. Luckily, the skies cleared long enough to get a few shots running and hopping on the trains.
